Advertising & Marketing Specialist

Manage all Magibu social channels, drive B2B outreach and first touch, run Meetup/Luma events, and support academy and community volunteer teams.

Role overview

On Magibu's company pillar we are hiring an advertising and marketing specialist who owns our external presence and first-touch outreach. You will bring product and research outputs to the right audiences, open doors for enterprise pilots and partnerships, and support volunteer teams on the academy and community sides.

What you will do

Own all Magibu social accounts (LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.) — strategy, content calendar, publishing
B2B outreach: reach target companies, explain our products and services, generate first touch and meeting requests
Meetup, Luma and similar platforms: create accounts, event pages, and attendee flows
Promotion support for academy programs and community events
Coordinate with community and academy volunteer teams on social and event needs

First phase

Priority in the first phase: consistent brand voice, regular publishing, launching at least one external event series (Meetup/Luma), and starting B2B first-touch outreach.

Responsibilities

→Strategy, content, and publishing for all corporate social channels
→B2B outreach to target companies: intro, first touch, meeting requests
→Accounts and event organization on Meetup, Luma, and similar platforms
→Marketing and event support for academy and community volunteer teams

Requirements

✓Social media and digital marketing experience (B2B or tech preferred)
✓Content creation — short-form video or strong written communication
✓Experience with event platforms (Meetup, Luma, Eventbrite, etc.)
✓Fluent Turkish; English sufficient for business communication
