This Privacy Notice has been prepared by Magibu AI under Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) to inform you about how your personal data is collected, processed, transferred, and which rights you have as a data subject.

Data controller: Magibu AI. Personal data you provide through contact, application, and careers forms (such as full name, email, organization details, area of interest, message content, application text, and profile links) is processed only to the extent required for the relevant process.

Your personal data is processed for the purposes of evaluating requests and applications, communicating with you, managing candidate/volunteer workflows, planning community and academy operations, ensuring information security, improving service quality, and fulfilling legal obligations.

Your personal data may be shared, in compliance with applicable law and on a need-to-know basis, with technology/infrastructure providers supporting our operations, legally authorized public authorities, and legal advisors. Where transfer requires explicit consent, your consent is requested separately.

Your personal data is collected through digital channels such as electronic forms, email, user verification steps, and technical logs, by automated or partially automated means, and processed based on legal grounds listed in Article 5 of KVKK.

Your personal data is retained only for as long as required for processing purposes and for statutory retention periods. At the end of retention periods, data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with legal requirements.

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information on processing, learn whether it is used in line with its purpose, request correction/deletion, learn third-party recipients, and claim compensation in case of unlawful processing.
