Magibu Academy: applications open for Applied AI Architecture

Applications are open for the first public program of Magibu Academy.
The Applied AI Architecture training is designed for those who don't just want to listen to AI, but to actually build with it. This will not be a classic "online course."

Throughout the program, participants won't just watch presentations. They will produce concrete outputs on GitHub and Hugging Face: datasets, models, Spaces, fine-tuning experiments, tool-calling apps, embedding-based indexing, and an end-to-end RAG project.
Program outline
- LLM fundamentals, tokenization, and open-data culture
- Benchmarking logic and model customization
- Fine-tuning, LoRA/QLoRA, and model publishing
- Structured output, tool calling, and the MCP approach
- Embedding models and vector databases
- End-to-end RAG system and capstone project
The process is intentionally kept rigorous. There will be application prerequisites, GitHub and Hugging Face accounts will be required, assignments will be tracked regularly, and attendance and active participation will matter. Main and reserve seats will move dynamically based on performance.
Because we don't want the Magibu Academy certificate to be an easily obtained certificate of attendance. It will be a verifiable certificate of achievement for those who complete the program by its rules and genuinely produce outputs.
Our goal is not to hand out easy certificates to many people; it is to build a new community of developers and researchers in Turkey who truly produce in AI, can contribute to the open-source ecosystem, and can turn what they learn into a portfolio.
Applications are open until the end of June. The program will start in early-to-mid July. The training is free and open to everyone.
If you want to be a builder in AI, not just a viewer, apply. Magibu Academy's first cohort will be rigorous. That is exactly why it will be valuable.
